COVID-19 update of King House Dental Group, Redlands Dentist

Concerning the ever-changing COVID-19 situation, Dr. Tatevossian and the rest of the team here at King House Dental Group would like to assure you that the health and safety of our patients remains our top priority. As a healthcare facility, we consistently follow the guidance of the CDC and OSHA with Standard and Universal Precautions. In addition, we have measures in place to further protect our patients, staff, and community during these uncertain times.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as we must enforce this new protocol with all persons entering the office. Some of our additional infection prevention practices include the following:

We are only treating healthy patients at this time and if you have had any symptoms associated with COVID- 19 within 14 days, we ask that you do not come to the office. Please call us and we will follow the proper steps to bring you in at a later date.
Physical distancing - we ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your appointment, if at all possible. We have adopted the idea of a curbside waiting room, which means you will be checked in for your appointment over the phone and not allowed in the reception area of the office, unless absolutely necessary.
Screening – you will be asked a series of questions prior to checking in. Before bringing you inside, we will take a no-contact temperature reading and measurement of oxygen saturation. This screening is not limited to our patients, it is for anyone intending to enter the office. Anyone accompanying a patient will be screened and each staff member is screened daily, upon arrival.
Personal protective equipment – for your safety and ours, a mask/facial covering is required to enter the office, removing it only for your dental treatment. We have also installed barrier shields at the front desk. Each member of our clinical staff wears an N95 mask, face shield, gown, gloves, and a hair covering.
Frequent handwashing with soap and warm water is always encouraged. We also have hand sanitizer throughout the office, easily accessible, and encouraged for all.
